The Mentorship —
a full container.

This is not coaching. It is not a series of treatments. It is a structured container for real change — built around the body, sustained through consistent practice, and guided by a framework that holds the whole of your life.
Over ten weeks, we meet weekly for two hours. Each session follows an alternating rhythm: one week grounded in bodywork and somatic integration, the next in stillness, tea, conversation, and reflection. The two modes are not separate — they are one process, moving between body and mind, action and meaning.
By the end, you will have developed a genuine capacity for self-regulation, a clearer sense of your own patterns and what drives them, and a more honest relationship with the life you are actually living — not the one you are performing.

This container is for someone who

  • Has already done meaningful work on themselves and knows something is still not shifting
  • Is carrying more than their current inner resources can sustainably support
  • Wants to work with someone who has walked through something real — not a methodology
  • Is ready to commit fully: ten weeks, weekly, in person
