1:1 Work · Brisbane · In person only
You have done the work. Something is still not shifting.
Understanding the Embodied Wellbeing framework is one thing. Working through it — in your body, in your actual life — is something else entirely. This page is for those who are ready to stop reading and begin working with the body.

Who this is for
This work asks you to stop performing.
And to meet yourself honestly instead — your body, your patterns, your excuses, the life you're actually living rather than the one you present. It asks for presence, consistency, and the willingness to be uncomfortable. Not everyone is ready for that, and that's not a failing. But if something in you just exhaled, you're in the right place.
You've done the work
Therapy. Books. Retreats. You're not new to self-inquiry. You're frustrated that it hasn't produced the shift you know is possible. You understand your patterns — you just can't seem to change them consistently.
You're functioning. But running thin
From the outside, your life looks capable. Internally, the cost is higher than you'd admit. The body is signalling something. There's a quiet feeling of not quite arriving, and the consequences are getting louder.
You want integration, not optimization
You're not looking to become a more productive machine or to follow another protocol. You want to close the gap between who you are externally and who you know yourself to be. You want a life that feels like yours.
No one ever showed you how
You learned how to achieve, how to perform, how to push through. But no one ever showed you how to actually inhabit your body, settle your own system, or live from the inside out — it was never modelled for you.
This work is not for people who want fast relief with no interest in deeper change, those seeking aggressive performance optimization, or anyone looking for passive consumption rather than real engagement with their own life. If that's you, there are better-suited paths, and that's completely okay.
The container
The Mentorship —
a full container.
This is not coaching. It is not a series of treatments. It is a structured container for real change — built around the body, sustained through consistent practice, and guided by a framework that holds the whole of your life.
Over ten weeks, we meet weekly for two hours. Each session follows an alternating rhythm: one week grounded in bodywork and somatic integration, the next in stillness, tea, conversation, and reflection. The two modes are not separate — they are one process, moving between body and mind, action and meaning.
The weekly rhythm
One process, two modes
Week A
Bodywork Session
Zenthai Shiatsu, somatic work, and physical integration. The week we work directly with the body — where patterns are stored and where change is first felt.
Zenthai Shiatsu · somatic work · physical integration
Week B
Stillness & Conversation
Tea ceremony, reflection, and meaning-making. The week we integrate what the body surfaced — bringing awareness and language to the shift.
Stillness · reflection · meaning-making
Body and mind, action and meaning — held as one process across ten weeks.
what you'll develop
By the end of ten weeks
I.
Genuine self-regulation
A nervous system you can settle yourself — the capacity to meet life's demands without chronic overwhelm, and recover fully when they pass.
II.
Clarity on your patterns
A clearer sense of your own patterns and what actually drives them — seen from the inside, not just understood in theory.
III.
An honest relationship with your life
A more honest relationship with the life you are actually living — not the one you are performing.

Pablo Guzman
Zenthai Shiatsu & embodied wellbeing Practitioner
I spent years as a structural engineer — trained to find the stress points in a system and design for resilience. I was good at it. I was also living almost entirely in my head: analysing, performing, holding together a life that looked fine from the outside and felt disconnected from the inside.
The shift didn't come from understanding more. It came from learning to work with my body instead of around it — slowly, somatically, over years. That's not a story I read. It's the one I lived, and it's why this work exists.
What I bring is two fold: the engineer's eye for structure — how a system carries load, where it's straining, what it needs to come back into balance — and the somatic training to work with that in the body, not just talk about it.

why I can hold this
I'm not a guru, and I won't pretend to have arrived at some finished place. I've run trainings and retreats with dozens of people, and I've watched real transformation happen — not as a concept, but in the room, in the body.
And I've watched it in my own life. After years of seeking, things have quietly settled. Shoval and I are at home, waiting for our first child — and finally I can confidently say, I'm not performing a life. I'm living mine.
That's my invitation to you — to do this work together, so that you can come home to your own life.
how to begin
An intake by a personal conversation, not a checkout.
