A different kind of practitioner
I spent years working as a structural engineer — I was trained to find the stress points in systems and design models for resilience. I apply the same thinking to the body and the life that lives inside it and from it.
After living across four countries and immersing myself in healing traditions, philosophy, and movement, I came to one clear belief: the body is not separate from the life you are trying to build. It is the foundation of it.
Today I work with people in Brisbane who are done consuming wellness and are ready to build something real — a body, a practice, and a way of living that can actually hold the life they want.
