Meet Pablo

Hi, I’m Pablo — a movement and Zenthai Shiatsu facilitator devoted to helping people reconnect with their bodies, clarify what matters, and live with greater intention.
 
My professional path began in Civil & Structural Engineering, graduating from the University of Granada (Spain) in 2014. While the analytical discipline shaped my thinking, a deeper calling led me beyond conventional career paths and into a life of exploration, service, and embodied practice.

I’ve lived across four countries, immersing myself in different cultures, philosophies, and healing traditions. What began as a search for meaning became a personal transformation that clarified my personal faith, and my sense of responsibility to my family and my community.

Today, I’m based in Brisbane, Australia, where I work with individuals and groups through Zenthai Shiatsu, movement, and education. My work is grounded in trauma-aware practice, nervous system regulation, and the belief that true wellbeing starts with self-responsibility, honest inquiry, and service to something greater than ourselves.
