EMBODIED WELLBEING

The body is the foundation of the life you're building.

I'm Pablo Guzman — structural engineer turned bodyworker and facilitator. I work with sensitive, thoughtful people who've done the inner work and still feel it hasn't reached the body. Together we build it where it holds.

What you feel doesn’t stay in the mind. It settles in the body.

Every emotion you didn’t have the capacity to feel is still held somewhere, in the tension that won’t release, the breath that stays shallow, the shoulders that never quite drop. Your mind understood all of it long ago. Your body never had the time to get the message.
This isn’t a knowledge problem. It is not a discipline problem. You understand yourself well — and the next book, course, or retreat won’t change that. You’ve tried those. The lift faded within days.
What’s missing is something more fundamental: it's the capacity to remain connected, built where change is actually felt — in the body. That is where the work begins.

I'm passionate about what it means to live a good life

I spent 10+ years working as a structural engineer — I was trained to find the stress points in systems and design models for resilience. I apply the same thinking to the body and the life that lives in it.

Today I work with people in Brisbane who are done consuming wellness or healing, and are ready to build something real — a body, a practice, and a way of living that can actually hold the life they want.
